About Dizzy Clubs

September 2016 through August 2017

What are these Dizzy Clubs?: Each Dizzy Club is a year-round once-a-month fiber party, each with its own focus. Whether you join with your friends, come to meet new fiber friends, or both, it’s a great way to explore your favorite fiber topics, learn new techniques, and share some time with other crafty friends just having fun!

What is the difference between a Dizzy Club and a Class?: Unlike technique or project based classes, Dizzy Clubs are not really classes with a set curriculum at all. Loosely bounded by each Club’s focus and outline of techniques to explore, Club activities evolve based on participant interests and interactions in a relaxed social atmosphere that forges new friendships and feeds and expands your crafting passions.

Dizzy Club Meetings: Every Dizzy Club meets once a month all year-round starting in September 2016. That's 12 meetings over an entire year for one low registration fee of $45! Club meetings focus on skills during the months of October, November, January, February, April, May and July. Club Meetings in September, December, March, June and August are social. Initial Club meeting dates are listed with each Dizzy Club description. Additional sections will be opened as needed to keep club meetings in line with available space and make sure that every participant can be fully engaged in and enjoy all club activities.

Dizzy Club Materials: Yarn and fiber materials are included for skill based Dizzy Club activities unless otherwise noted in the Dizzy Club description. Required equipment for skill based Club activities (needles, hooks, spindles, wheels, etc) will be available for use during session time; participants are welcome to bring their own equipment to use during Club sessions. There may be an additional charge from time to time for pattern purchases or optional purchase of full project materials.

Dizzy Club Descriptions: If you don't see the Dizzy Club descriptions below, click here to go to our classes page.  Click on the Dizzy Club menu item for a detailed description of each Dizzy Club to help you choose the Club that's right for you. Can't choose just one Dizzy Club? Join as many as you'd like and sign up online today so you don't miss a thing!
